The posting

famiya est une association active depuis 1987 dans les districts de la Sarine et du Lac (canton de Fribourg). Elle encadre environ 150 accueillantes en milieu familial, offre 280 places d’accueil réparties sur 38 communes et opère sous mandat de surveillance du Service de l'enfance et de la jeunesse (SEJ). Dans le cadre du départ à la retraite de sa directrice, famiya recherche sa future direction.

Votre mission

Vous assurez la conduite stratégique et opérationnelle de l'association, en lien étroit avec le comité de direction. Vous êtes responsable des relations avec l'État, les communes et les partenaires institutionnels, de la gestion financière et des ressources humaines, des tâches statutaires, ainsi que du pilotage des projets de développement. Porteuse ou porteur d'une vision, vous aimez relever des défis et faire avancer les choses. Vous incarnez les valeurs de famiya auprès des familles, des accueillantes et des autorités.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en gestion ou sciences sociales ; un CAS ou DAS en management d'institution à but non lucratif est un atout
  • Expérience confirmée de direction ou de responsabilité élargie dans une institution comparable
  • Rigueur financière ; bonnes bases en comptabilité et RH
  • A l'aise dans la gestion simultanée de dossiers variés, capable de prioriser et de décider rapidement sous pression
  • Intelligence relationnelle et sens de l'écoute
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français ; bonnes connaissances de l'allemand
  • Connaissance du logiciel est un atout
