Directeur-trice adjoint-e et conservateur-trice des collections historiques (à 80%)

Activités / Vous contribuez, aux côtés du-de la directeur-trice, à la définition et à la mise en oeuvre des orientations stratégiques, managériales, scientifiques, organisationnelles et culturelles du Musée, ainsi qu’à son développement. Dans votre domaine d’expertise, vous participez activement à la politique muséale, ainsi qu’au programme des publications et des expositions temporaires et permanentes du MahN.

Sous la supervision de la direction, vous êtes garant-e de la gestion et de la coordination du pôle histoire, ainsi que de plusieurs secteurs spécifiques, dont ceux des ressources humaines et de l’administration. En votre qualité de conservateur-trice, vous assurez la responsabilité scientifique du pôle que vous dirigez et vous supervisez la conservation, l’étude et le développement des collections, en accord avec les missions de l’institution et conformément au code déontologique de l’ICOM.

Vous développez des liens avec des partenaires internes et externes, ainsi qu’avec d’autres musées et institutions culturelles ou scientifiques, et contribuez au rayonnement du MahN sur un plan local et national.

Profil souhaité / Vous êtes au bénéfice d’un doctorat en histoire ou d’un titre jugé équivalent, avec une formation complémentaire ou des compétences certifiées en management, en muséologie et en gestion d’institutions culturelles. Vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans la conduite d’une institution muséale et une expérience significative en matière de projets culturels. Vous avez de l’aisance dans la communication et êtes attaché-e aux valeurs d’ouverture, de bienveillance et de respect dans les rapports humains. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue française (oral et écrit) et avez de bonnes connaissances de l’allemand et de l’anglais.
