Descriptif général

Dans le cadre de l’évolution de notre organisation suite à l’entrée en vigueur de la directive cantonale relative aux titulaires d’autorisation d’exploiter une structure d’accueil préscolaire, nous recherchons un\-e Directeur\-trice de secteur (CDI 80\-100%) chargé\-e de piloter un secteur petite enfance, composé de trois structures d’accueil préscolaire, et subventionné par la Ville de Genève.

Les conditions de travail sont celles prévues par la CCT du personnel des structures d’accueil de la petite enfance Ville de Genève.

Votre mission et vos responsabilités

Directement rattaché\-e au Comité de l’association employeur, vous assurez la cohérence institutionnelle du secteur, le respect des engagements contractuels, ainsi que le bon fonctionnement des structures et des services mutualisés. Vous assurez le lien avec le Service de la petite enfance et notamment avec ses unités finance, technique, informatique, RH et salaires.

Vous assurez le pilotage stratégique, organisationnel et opérationnel du secteur. A ce titre, vous accompagnez et encadrez les directions de site (crèches), coordonnez les équipes et les ressources mutualisées, veillez à la mise en œuvre du projet institutionnel et garantissez le respect des objectifs fixés par la gouvernance et l’autorité de subventionnement. Vous supervisez les activités administratives, financières et RH, conduisez les projets de développement et assurez le reporting auprès de la Ville de Genève. Vous accompagnez les instances de gouvernance dans leurs prises de décision et veillez à la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques dans le respect du cadre légal et contractuel.

Conditions de candidature

Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure dans un domaine pertinent (gestion, administration publique, ressources humaines, management ou équivalent) et bénéficiez d’une expérience confirmée en gestion d’organisation ainsi qu’en management d’équipes. Vous disposez de solides compétences en pilotage, organisation, gestion financière et ressources humaines. Doté\-e d’excellentes capacités relationnelles, vous faites preuve de leadership, d’esprit d’analyse, d’aptitude à la prise de décision et d’une bonne résistance au stress. Vous avez une expérience dans une institution à mission d’intérêt public ou dans le domaine socio\-éducatif.
