En tant que directeur:trice de travaux, avec une expérience de gestion de chantier en Suisse, tu accompagnes la réalisation des travaux, du début de la construction jusqu'à la mise en service. Tes activités comprennent en outre la planification des coûts ainsi que le suivi des appels d'offres et des adjudications. En collaboration avec notre équipe de projet, tu optimises le déroulement des travaux, établis le planning et surveilles les coûts ainsi que le respect des conditions contractuelles. Tu es en relation direct avec le Maitre de l'ouvrage et représente la bonne image.

Responsabilités

  • Direction, organisation et conduite technique et administrative de chantiers
  • Calculation des offres
  • Respect des résultats qualitatifs, objectifs de marge et de planning
  • Gestion de votre équipe de collaborateurs
  • Attribution et coordination des tâches entre les membres de l'équipe
  • Gestion du matériel et des fournitures
  • Élaboration de rapports journaliers et mensuels
  • Application des règles de sécurité
  • Participation aux réunions de chantier

Profil

  • Certificat d'études en architecture (HES ou EPF) ou de dessinateur(trice) en bâtiment / Technicien(ne) ES
  • Expérience approfondie et compétences professionnelles dans la Direction des Travaux
  • Connaissances dans le domaine des appels d'offres
  • Connaissances dans le domaine de rédaction des soumissions (Messerli)
  • Connaissances dans le domaine de l'organisation financière des chantiers (Messerli)
  • Connaissances des normes SIA en Suisse
  • Compétences organisationnelles, méthode de travail structurée et fiable
  • Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit
