The posting

Le Réseau Santé de la Glâne est une association qui représente les 14 communes du district de la Glâne. Il se compose de trois établissements médico\-sociaux (235 lits dont 24 lits en psychogériatrie), d’un Foyer de Jour de 8 places, d’une unité de Séjour d’évaluation et d’orientation (SEO) de 12 lits et du service d’aide et de soins à domicile (ASDG).

Afin de compléter son équipe de Direction, le Réseau Santé de la Glâne met au concours le poste de

Directeur\-trice des Ressources Humaines à 90%\-100%

Mission

  • Définir, proposer et mettre en œuvre la politique RH
  • Analyser et proposer des orientations RH cohérentes avec les enjeux du RSG
  • Adapter, développer les processus et procédures RH
  • Être en mesure d’accompagner le changement et fédérer
  • Identifier et piloter les axes prioritaires en matière de développement des compétences du personnel
  • Vérifier la bonne application des dispositions réglementaires et de l’équité en matière de conditions de travail
  • Piloter l’engagement et l’accueil des collaborateurs\-trices en concertation avec les responsables de secteur
  • Assurer un rôle de conseil, de soutien et de médiateur dans la gestion du personnel
  • Accompagner les évolutions de l’institution et veiller à mettre en place des conditions favorables à l’engagement, au développement et à la fidélisation des collaborateurs\-trices

Profil

  • Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines en entreprise ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Solides connaissances en gestion des RH, en droit du travail et en développement organisationnel
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la santé
  • Expérience de la structuration d’un service RH et de l’organisation de ses activités
  • Grande aisance rédactionnelle
  • Entregent \- discrétion \- proactivité
  • Bonne capacité d’organisation et esprit de collaboration
