  • Équipe & exploitation : Vous assumez la responsabilité globale de l'exploitation opérationnelle et dirigez votre équipe avec beaucoup de cœur, d'empathie et de compétence professionnelle.
  • Proximité client : Vous prenez le temps pour un conseil individuel et compétent et êtes le visage familier de nos clientes et clients sur place.
  • Organisation : Vous gardez une vue d'ensemble des processus quotidiens, du stock et des achats jusqu'à la gestion de la qualité.
  • Réseau : Vous entretenez un échange étroit avec les médecins, les maisons de retraite et d'autres partenaires de la région

Ce que vous apportez

  • Un diplôme en pharmacie avec diplôme fédéral de pharmacien (ou reconnaissance équivalente) ainsi qu'une autorisation d'exercice indépendante ou le titre FPH en pharmacie officinale.
  • Idéalement, vous avez déjà une certaine expérience professionnelle dans une pharmacie suisse et vos premières marques dans le domaine de la direction ou de la représentation.
  • Vous êtes un véritable talent organisationnel, aimez vous impliquer et avez une attitude communicative et appréciative.
