The posting

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Kollegin oder einen erfahrenen Kollegen zur fachlichen und personellen Verstärkung der Disposition und Produktionsplanung.

Gemeinsam mit zwei Kolleginnen verantworten Sie die Disposition und Produktionsplanung der Produktion im Dreischichtbetrieb, den Einkauf sowie die Planung und Koordination der internen Logistik und der externen Zulieferer. Nach der Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie die fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Verantwortung für das Planungsteam.

Wir erwarten eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung EFZ mit Weiterbildung beispielsweise als Prozess- oder Produktionsfachperson mit. Eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld mit nachgewiesener Planungskompetenz sowie sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Fertigungssteuerung mit einem ERP System gehören ebenso zu Ihrem beruflichen Werdegang. Mit Ihrer selbstständigen, zuverlässigen und detailgetreuen Arbeitsweise überzeugen Sie. Als dienstleistungsorientierte, offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit handeln Sie engagiert sowie lösungsorientiert und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen stets den Überblick. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und beherrschen die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind erwünscht. Ihr sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office rundet Ihr Profil ab. SAP B1 Erfahrung, Kenntnisse des ALS Leitstandes von Arburg sowie Einkaufserfahrung sind von Vorteil.
