In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie mittelfristig zusätzlich die Stellvertretung der Leitung Disposition und haben die Möglichkeit, sich gezielt in diese verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe weiterzuentwickeln.. Disponentin / Stv. Leiterin Disposition (m/w/d \| 100%) im Bautransport in Hasle b. Burgdorf BE ===============================================================================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Disposition der LKW's (Bautransport) mit der Perspektive die Stv. Leitung Disposition zu übernehmen
  • Kundenberatung und Bestellungsannahme für Materiallieferungen an Kunden
  • Flexible Planung und betriebswirtschaftlicher Einsatz unserer Lastwagen\-Flotte
  • Nachbearbeitung der Lieferscheine und Administrative Aufgaben
  • Organisation und Koordination des Tagesgeschäftes
  • Lösungsfindung bei auftretenden Problemen und Störungen

Wir erwarten von dir

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kaufmännische Weiterbildung oder entsprechende Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Weiterbildung als Disponent Transport und Logistik von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung als Disponent, idealerweise in der Transport\- und Logistikbranche
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Tourenplanung und Disposition
  • Erfahrung mit den Baustoffen Beton, Kies, Aushub, Belag und Mulden
  • Initiatives, kreatives sowie ziel\- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Einwandfreie mündliche \& schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis C / CE (von Vorteil) und gute IT Affinität
