Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau der Fachstelle für Wirtschaftsstrafrecht in den Bereichen Lehre, Forschung \& Entwicklung, Weiterbildung sowie Dienstleistung
  • Entwicklung von Modulen im Bachelorstudiengang Angewandtes Recht
  • Lehrtätigkeit im Bereich Straf\- und Strafprozessrecht in Bachelor, Master\- und Weiterbildungslehrgängen
  • Forschungs\- und Publikationstätigkeit im Bereich Straf\- und Strafprozessrecht, damit verbunden Akquisition und Realisierung von einschlägigen Forschungsprojekten
  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Lancierung von neuen Aus\- und Weiterbildungsprodukten

Profil

Für diese anspruchsvolle und vielseitige Funktion bringen Sie einen juristischen Hochschulabschluss mit Promotion und vorzugsweise ein Anwaltspatent mit. Im Straf\- und Strafprozessrecht verfügen Sie über einen überzeugenden wissenschaftlichen Ausweis und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung. Sie verfügen bereits über Lehrerfahrung sowie eine didaktische Qualifikation und sind motiviert, Ihre Expertise weiterzugeben. Sie denken unternehmerisch, sind initiativ und ideenreich und haben Freude, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und zusammen mit einem Team Neues zu entwickeln und aufzubauen. In der ist die rechtliche Kompetenz der School of Management and Law konzentriert. Zu den vielfältigen bestehenden Aktivitäten der Abteilung in Lehre, Forschung\- und Entwicklung sowie Weiterbildung ist seit dem Herbstsemester 2022 der Bachelorstudiengag Angewandtes Recht hinzugekommen, in welchem Strafrecht ein wichtiger Bestandteil ist. Die Fachstelle für Wirtschaftsstrafrecht ist Teil der Abteilung Business Law. Wir befassen uns mit strafrechtlichen und strafprozessrechtlichen Fragen im nationalen und internationalen Kontext.
