Nos prestations ciblées dans les champs socio\\-pédagogiques, socio\\-éducatifs, socio\\-professionnels et thérapeutiques, visent la valorisation et l'épanouissement des personnes en situation de handicap tout au long de leur vie. Nous sommes une organisation sans but lucratif, reconnue d'utilité publique et fondée en 1967\\. Pour l'un de nos foyers urbains à Neuchâtel, nous recherchons un·e : Votre mission : Vous accompagnez des personnes présentant une déficience intellectuelle, le cas échéant accompagnée de troubles psychiques légers, et/ou ayant un trouble du spectre de l'autisme, avec un bon degré d'autonomie dans tous les actes de la vie sociale et professionnelle. Vous garantissez, au travers d'un accompagnement personnalisé, une qualité de vie contribuant à l'inclusion sociale de nos bénéficiaires de prestations. Vous êtes référent·e de plusieurs résidant·e·s, établissez ensemble avec le·la bénéficiaire ses projets individuels, et garantissez des échanges constructifs avec le réseau du·de la résidant·e. Vous êtes en mesure de garantir de manière autonome le bon fonctionnement du foyer, en travaillant majoritairement seul·e dans le lieu de vie des résidant·e·s. Votre profil : Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un diplôme d'éducateur·rice HES ou ES, avec plusieurs années d'expérience terrain dans le domaine du handicap de personnes adultes. Vous attachez une grande importance à l'épanouissement des personnes en situation de handicap, à l'autodétermination, la participation sociale et la valorisation des rôles sociaux. Doté·e d'un esprit positif et constructif, vous êtes force de proposition. Vous appréciez de travailler en équipe et vous savez faire preuve d'initiatives personnelles.
