La Fondation Enfance Emma Couvreu depuis 1829 s'engage activement dans l'accueil, la protection et le soutien de mineurs en danger dans leur développement. Nos prestations s’adressent aux enfants et également à leurs parents. Nous mettons en œuvre nos actions en concordance avec des valeurs que nous incarnons au quotidien. Nos activités s'inscrivent pleinement dans la politique de protection des mineurs édictée par l'État de Vaud. Forte de son engagement, la Fondation gère 5 internats et 6 unités ambulatoires, mobilisant pour cela plus de 250 collaboratrices et collaborateurs.

Afin de renforcer l’équipe en place, nous nous réjouissons d’engager pour notre internat La Maison d’enfants de Pramousse, dans le groupe des grands,un·e éducateur·rice social·e à 100%

Description du poste

  • Accompagner au quotidien et soutenir des enfants aux bénéfices de mesures de protection des mineurs âgés de 12 à 18 ans et leurs familles conformément au projet éducatif défini.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les parents et les familles des enfants accueillis
  • Animer et contenir un groupe d’enfants dont certains présentent des troubles du comportement
  • Gérer les tâches quotidiennes et administratives

Votre profil

* Être titulaire d'un diplôme HES ou ES d’éducateur·trice social·e ou titre jugé équivalent

* Idéalement, être au bénéfice d'expériences et de formations continues dans le domaine de l’enfance

* Capacités éprouvées à gérer, animer et contenir des groupes d’enfants ayant des troubles du comportement

* Capacité à travailler à la fois seul·e avec un groupe d’enfants ainsi que de collaborer en équipe

* Permis de conduire indispensable

Entrée en fonction : au 1er février 2027
