DUTY MANAGER FRET (M/F/D) TAUX D'OCCUPATION \| 100% STATION \| GENÈVE AÉROPORT

TÂCHES PRINCIPALES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Diriger les équipes, promouvoir un professionnalisme de haut niveau et une bonne atmosphère de collaboration
  • Veiller à la bonne application des instructions de Swissport, des compagnies clientes et des autorités aéroportuaires. Se tenir en permanence informé(e) des changements et mises à jour des règles applicables. S’assurer que le personnel fasse de même
  • Effectuer spontanément des contrôles de qualité et initier toute mesure corrective requise
  • Maintenir un fonctionnement opérationnel optimal de l’unité, dans le respect des buts et standards fixes
  • Attribuer les missions aux équipes en tenant compte des priorités opérationnelles
  • Rédiger des rapports pour signaler toute irrégularité, dans les délais impartis
  • Assurer la communication interne et externe; représenter Swissport auprès des clients pour les questions opérationnelles
  • Favoriser le développement personnel des collaborateurs, en les encadrant de manière à ce qu’ils puissent gagner en autonomie et élargir leurs compétences. Encourager au maintien des bonnes pratiques; fixer des objectifs personnels pour améliorer la performance individuelle et en assurer le suivi

PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES

  • Excellentes connaissances du français, bonnes notions d’anglais
  • Permis de conduire définitif catégorie B
  • Expérience dans un poste de responsabilité dans les opérations aéroportuaires
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques ; aptitude à fournir du support technique
  • Aptitude à rédiger des rapports détaillés en anglais et en français, afin de pouvoir fournir des informations en cas d’irrégularités, etc
  • Conscience professionnelle pointue, sens des responsabilités, esprit d’initiative et de service, volonté de développer et maintenir la qualité de nos prestations à un niveau optimal
  • Aptitude à analyser, anticiper, prendre des décisions autonomes sur le plan opérationnel
  • Volonté de s’impliquer dans un processus d’amélioration continue, tant au niveau opérationnel qu’organisationnel
