In unserem Marketing\-Team übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unseren Online\-Shop und die Onlineplattformen. Von der strategischen Weiterentwicklung bis zum operativen Tagesgeschäft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst unsere Onlineplattforme mit Fokus auf Umsatz, Conversion und Customer Experience weiter und setzt Optimierungen selbst um.
  • Du verantwortest das operative Shop Management mit Produkten, Content, Preisen, Aktionen, Kategorien, Filtern, Landingpages und saisonalen Themenwelten.
  • Du initiierst und koordinierst E\-Commerce\-Projekte und entwickelst das Zusammenspiel von Shop, PIM, ERP, CRM und Trackinggemeinsam mit unseren Technologiepartnern weiter.
  • Du analysierst KPIs, Customer Journey und Produktperformance und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmassnahmen und Tests ab.
  • Du erstellst und optimierst Shop\-Inhalte und Landingpages für Kampagnen und entwickelst unsere Sichtbarkeit in SEO und GEO weiter.
  • Du automatisierst Prozesse und setzt KI gezielt für Content, Analysen, Effizienz und Customer Experience ein.

Das bringst du mit

  • 3\-5 Jahre Erfahrung im E\-Commerce im Handel oder Retail
  • Erfahrung in der operativen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines Online\-Shops
  • Gutes Verständnis für Shop\-, PIM\-, ERP\- und CRM\-Systeme sowie deren Schnittstellen
  • Erfahrung mit Web Analytics, idealerweise mit GA4 und Google Tag Manager
  • Kenntnisse in Conversion\-Optimierung, SEO und verkaufsorientiertem Content
  • Analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und eine ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Interesse an Automatisierung, KI und neuen Entwicklungen im digitalen Handel
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse. Französisch ist von Vorteil.
