Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Economiste de la construction

Votre mission

  • Etudier les dossiers d’appel d’offre et identifier les sujets clefs du dossier
  • En entreprise totale, s’assurer de la conformité des concepts avec les réglementations en vigueur en s’appuyant sur des mandataires
  • En Conception – Réalisation, développer les concepts avec les réglementations en vigueur en s’appuyant sur des mandataires
  • Identifier et quantifier le potentiel d’économie réalisable sur le projet en suggérant des optimisations et des variantes
  • Etablir les métrés nécessaires aux études
  • Gérer les interfaces entre les différents CFC
  • Identifier les chances et les risques en coordination avec les autres spécialistes du Bureau d’étude technique
  • Elaborer les pièces techniques pour les offres selon demande du MO
  • Participer aux bouclages commerciaux et aux oraux de négociations

Votre profil

  • Etudes en Economie de la construction
  • Expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire au sein d’une entreprise générale ou active dans le secteur de la construction (gestion des appels d’offres et chiffrage)
  • Bonnes connaissances des normes techniques et réglementations en vigueur
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils de chiffrage
  • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur et précision
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Esprit d’équipe et collaboratif
