The posting

Nous recrutons pour le compte d-un bureau d-ingénieurs civils un(e) Économiste de la construction afin de participer au chiffrage, à l-analyse et au suivi économique de projets variés.

Vous intervenez sur les différentes phases des projets, de l-estimation des coûts à la préparation des appels d-offres, en collaboration étroite avec les différents bureaux techniques et spécialistes impliqués.

Responsabilités

  • Élaborer les devis estimatifs des projets
  • Réaliser les métrés à partir des plans architecturaux et techniques
  • Préparer et rédiger les dossiers d-appels d-offres et les soumissions
  • Établir les tableaux comparatifs et participer à l-analyse des offres reçues
  • Étudier et analyser les ratios de construction
  • Assurer la coordination avec les différents bureaux techniques : CVC, géotechnique et lots architecturaux
  • Rédiger les différents documents techniques nécessaires aux projets

Profil

  • Formation dans le domaine de l-économie de la construction, du génie civil ou formation équivalente
  • Minimum 2 ans d-expérience dans une fonction similaire en Suisse
  • Bonne connaissance des normes et standards suisses : SIA, CFC et CAN
  • Maîtrise des outils de dessin AutoCAD et Revit
  • Connaissance de logiciels spécialisés tels que Messerli ou Attic+
  • Capacité à rédiger des soumissions, devis et autres documents techniques
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit
  • Bon relationnel et goût pour le travail en équipe
  • Rigueur, capacité d-analyse et sens de l-organisation
