EnJeu – Enfance \& Jeunesse est une Association intercommunale regroupant 11 communes de la région de Rolle.

Nous encadrons, coordonnons et développons les prestations liées à la journée de l’enfant, dans les domaines scolaires, préscolaires et parascolaires.

L’Espace de Vie Enfantine Bellefontaine, au Mont\-sur\-Rolle, accueille une cinquantaine d’enfants âgés de 3 mois à 5 ans, habitant dans les communes de Rolle et environs (Réseau AJERE), soit 44 enfants en préscolaire et 12 enfants en parascolaire (UAPE) et recherche un\-e :

EDE ou ASE

CDI entre 65% et 70% \- groupe de la nurserie (4\-18 mois)

Mission

Assurer l’accueil des enfants du groupe de la nurserie en conformité avec le cadre cantonal, les directives pour l’accueil et la mission de l’institution Être porteur·se de la réflexion pédagogique et de la mise en œuvre des moyens permettant une prise en charge de qualité de l’ensemble des enfants accueillis Entretenir une relation professionnelle de partenariat avec chaque famille avec ouverture et respect Être garant·e de l’application du projet pédagogique Être garant·e du respect des normes et de la bonne marche de l’institutionParticiper aux colloques

Profil recherché

Formation ES, HES dans l’enfance ou titre équivalent ou CFC d’ASEAutonome, dynamique, curieux·se, avec un esprit d’initiativeFacilité d’adaptation et flexibilitéAisance relationnelle et sens du vivre\-ensemble : vous savez créer du lien, gérer les dynamiques de groupe, et favoriser l’inclusion
