Nous cherchons à nous adjoindre les compétences et l'enthousiasme d'un éducateur pour notre direction de l'accompagnement socio\\-éducatif, le Foyer de Nyon. \\Educateur diplômé ES\\-HES (H/F) à 70\\-80%\\ Le Foyer de Nyon est une structure de L'Espérance située en ville de Nyon. Elle accueille 8 personnes avec déficience intellectuelle, aux profils variés, avec un bon degré d'autonomie. S'appuyant sur les concepts de l'autonomie, de l'autodétermination et du PPH, elle accompagne les personnes dans leur quotidien. \\Mission\\ : \* Accompagner en hébergement inclusif 8 personnes adultes avec déficience intellectuelle \* Elaborer, mettre en œuvre et suivre les projets de vie conçus avec et pour les bénéficiaires \* Soutenir les personnes dans leurs apprentissages et développer leur intégration en milieu ordinaire. \* Collaborer avec les divers partenaires internes et externes à l'Institution, développer votre réseau \* Mener des entretiens et participer à du travail en réseaux \* Participer à la gestion organisationnelle et budgétaire du foyer \* Collaborer étroitement avec vos 4 collègues afin d'assurer un cadre sécurisant pour les bénéficiaires. \\Profil\\ : \* Les connaissances issues de votre formation en \\travail social HES ou ES\\, validée par le SEFRI pour les diplômes étrangers \* Votre expérience significative du travail socioéducatif dans le domaine de la déficience intellectuelle \* Votre capacité à travailler seul et à apporter votre touche personnelle à l'accompagnement, dans une cohérence d'équipe \* Votre sens des responsabilités et du respect d'autrui \* Vos capacités à communiquer de manière ouverte et constructive, même dans les moments de tension \* Une aisance dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques usuels \* Un permis de conduire indispensable pour utiliser la voiture institutionnelle \* Votre humour et votre enthousiasme à travailler dans une petite équipe de 5 personnes \* Votre créativité pour élaborer et développer des outils favorisant l'autonomie des bénéficiaires. \\Prestations\\ : \* Des conditions de travail selon la CCT du secteur social parapublic vaudois \* Un cadre de travail unique dans une petite structure en milieu ordinaire, avec le soutien d'une grande institution \* Une hiérarchie soutenante et à l'écoute \* Des formations continues pour mettre à jour vos connaissances et développer vos compétences. \\Entrée en fonction :\\ 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir \\Renseignements :\\ Mme Nadia Santini, cheffe de secteur autonomie \\\& int\\égration, tél. .
