Pour différents APEMS dans le secteur de Floréal nous sommes à la recherche d'éducatrices ou éducateurs de l'enfance ou animatrices socioculturelles ou animateurs socioculturels. Les structure offrant une capacité allant de 72 à 132 places, accueillent des enfants de la 1P à la 6P. Les structures sont situées dans les quartiers sud de la ville, au sein de quartiers d'une grande mixité sociale et culturelle.

Afin de compléter l'équipe pluridisciplinaire, nous sommes à la recherche d'éducatrices ou éducateurs à un taux d'activité à 80%. Nous recherchons des professionnel\-le\-s engagé\-e\-s, désireux\-ses de contribuer activement au quotidien de l'APEMS en mettant à profit leurs compétences, leur personnalité et leur enthousiasme.

La mission en APEMS est axée sur le développement des habilités sociales des enfants à travers leur participation à la vie en collectivité. Les APEMS sont implantés au coeur des quartiers lausannois, proches des établissements scolaires. La mise en place de projets collectifs, le développement de partenariat avec les intervenantes autour des enfants, la réflexion et la constitution en équipe de projets pédagogiques sont les actions essentielles qui viennent appuyer et soutenir l'accueil quotidien du groupe d'enfants.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Assurer la prise en charge d'un groupe d'enfants en conformité avec la ligne pédagogique tout en maintenant la vision globale

Inclure les différentes parties prenantes dans l'accueil et l'éducation du groupe d'enfants

Proposer, gérer et documenter des projets impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes internes et externes

Coopérer avec la direction au fonctionnement général de la structure

Répondre à des tâches administratives spécifiques

Profil

Titre d'éducateur\-trice social\-e (HES ou ES) ou d'animateur\-trice socioculturel\-le (HES) reconnu selon le référentiel de compétences de la loi sur l'accueil de jour des enfants (LAJE)

Formation complémentaire en tant que praticien\-ne formateur\-trice ou formateur\-trice à la pratique professionnelle, un atout

Expérience professionnelle avérée dans le développement de projets et d'activités spécifiques

Minimum 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans l'observation, l'analyse et la prise en charge individuelle et de groupe d'écolier\-ère\-s

Bonnes connaissances des lieux d'accueils collectifs et des dynamiques de groupes

Capacité à documenter son activitéÌ et celle du groupe d'enfants

Apte à développer un processus participatif au sein de son équipe et dans la collectivité d'enfants

Capacité à interagir avec l'environnement et les partenaires autour de la structure, à développer des synergies et engager le collectif dans des projets externes
