Die Heilpädagogische Schule Lyss ist eine Tagesschule für Kinder und Jugendliche mit einer geistigen oder einer mehrfachen Beeinträchtigung. Wir unterrichten rund 115 Schüler\*innen an 18 Klassen (Grund- bis Ober- und Orientierungsstufe) im Alter zwischen 4 und 18 Jahren. Für unsere Immigrationsklasse mit 6 SuS suchen wir:

Aufgaben ###

- Sie unterrichten an der Immigrationsklasse - Sie erkennen die Möglichkeiten Ihrer Schülerinnen und Schüler - Sie fördern mit Augenmass, nach den Grundlagen des ICF und arbeiten in einer heterogenen Klasse individualisiert mit ihren SchülerInnen - Sie gestalten die Elternkontakte und führen die Gespräche zur Förderplanung - Sie vernetzen sich im Förderprozess mit Therapiepersonen und Fachinstanzen - Sie arbeiten mit eine:r pädagogischen Mitarbeiter:in und eine:r Praktikant:in an der Klasse zusammen - Sie stehen im engen Kontakt zur Bereichsleitung und dem Lehrpersonenteam

Anforderungen ###

- Freude an den Herausforderungen des schulischen Alltags - Überblick in hektischen Situationen und Talent in der Klassenorganisation - Diplom in schulischer Heilpädagogik oder Primarlehrperson mit Berufserfahrung im heilpädagogischen Aufgabenfeld erwünscht - Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit - Humor und klares Auftreten
