Im Kanton Thurgau sollen sich alle Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner sicher fühlen. Dafür sorgen die rund 600 Mitarbeitenden der **Kantonspolizei Thurgau** rund um die Uhr mit einer modernen Organisation und in engem Kontakt mit der Bevölkerung.

Die Schifffahrtskontrolle sorgt für Sicherheit auf Bodensee und Rhein: Sie prüft Schiffe und lässt sie zu, nimmt die Schiffsführerprüfungen ab und hält die Boote der Kantonspolizei einsatzbereit.

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**

* Technische Prüfung von Schiffen und Erstellung von Berichten und Stellungnahmen * Abnahme der praktischen Schiffsführerprüfungen der Kat. A, D und Rhein * Selbständiger Unterhalt, Wartung und Reparaturen von und an Behördenschiffen * Allgemeine Korrespondenz und administrative Arbeiten im Bereich Schifffahrtskontrolle * Pikett- und Wochenenddienst im Bereich Seerettung

**Ihr Profil**

* Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bootbau Gewerbe * Inhaber Führerausweis Strasse Kat. B und Schifffahrt Kat. A und D * Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung * Selbstbewusstes Auftreten gegenüber Kundschaft * Qualitätsbewusste und effiziente Arbeitsweise * Gewissenhafte, verschwiegene sowie belastbare Persönlichkeit * Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im Fachgebiet * Wohnsitz oder Bereitschaft zur Wohnsitznahme im Rayon 20 Minuten vom Arbeitsort entfernt
