Seit 1929 setzt sich die Stiftung Pro Senectute Valais-Wallis für die Lebensqualität von älteren Menschen ein, mit dem Ziel ihre Eigenständigkeit zu erhalten und ihre Interessen zu vertreten. Die Stiftung verfügt dazu über eine breite Leistungspalette in den Bereichen Sozialberatung, soziokulturelle Animation und Sport.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung:  

eine Sozialarbeiterin/ einen Sozialarbeiter 60-80% ##

für die Sozialberatung und Mandatsführung

Arbeitsort: Oberwallis (Brig, Visp und Susten)

Ihre Aufgaben: ###

  • freiwillige Beratung von Personen im AHV-Alter und ihren Angehörigen zu Themen wie Finanzen, Administration, Wohnen, Gesundheit, Lebensgestaltung und Recht
  • Erschliessen von finanziellen Ansprüchen und Unterstützungen (Sozialversicherungen, Individuelle Finanzhilfe)
  • Führung von Beistandschaften im Auftrag der KESB
  • Beratung, Unterstützung oder und Vertretung der betroffenen Personen in rechtlichen, administrativen, finanziellen und persönlichen Belangen, inkl. Einkommens- und Vermögensverwaltung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen
  • Erstellen von Rechenschaftsberichten, Stellungnahmen und Anträgen zuhanden der KESB
  • Bearbeiten von Abklärungsaufträgen im Auftrag der KESB

Ihr Profil: ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen und den damit verbundenen Herausforderungen
  • Interdisziplinäres und vernetztes Denken, hoher Selbständigkeitsgrad
  • Deutsche Muttersprache und gute französisch Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft administrative Arbeiten auszuführen, Organisationsvermögen und Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten, bestenfalls mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Sozialberatung oder beim Führen von Beistandschaften
  • Führerschein und persönliches Auto für Hausbesuche
