  • Sortimentsverantwortung: Verantwortung für die Gestaltung, Planung und laufende Analyse des zugewiesenen Möbelbereich
  • Unternehmerische Steuerung: Verantwortung für Budget, Umsatz und Bestände sowie Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Führen von Preis-, Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • Beschaffungsmarktanalyse: Beobachtung, Analyse und Bewertung aktueller sowie potenzieller Beschaffungsmärkte im In- und Ausland
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Identifikation von Markttrends und Entwicklung attraktiver Sortiments- und Beschaffungskonzepte
  • Performance-Management: Analyse von Umsätzen, Abverkäufen und Kennzahlen zur Optimierung des Sortiments
  • Führung: Operative Führung des Einkaufsassistenten

Profil ###

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Weiterbildung oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf von Möbeln 
  • Verhandlungskompetenz: Sicheres Auftreten sowie Erfahrung in Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen und unternehmerische Handlungsweise
  • Persönlichkeit: Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Flexibilität: Belastbare, flexible Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Reisebereitschaft
  • IT-Kenntnisse: SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil sowie sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sprachen: Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
