Gestalte die Zukunft des Einkaufs bei einer schweizweit führenden Anbieterin von intelligenten Lösungen für die Elektroinstallation, die Automation und die industrielle Elektronik mit Sitz in Volketswil bei Zürich. Erfahrene Fachleute aus der Elektrotechnik und Elektroinstallation begleiten unsere Kunden bei ihren Projekten und erarbeiten mit ihnen individuelle Lösungen.

Als Einkaufsmanager und Fachspezialist der AWAG Elektrotechnik AG übernimmst Du eine verantwortungsvolle Schlüsselposition auf Stufe Spartenleiter. Du definierst und optimierst die Prozesse zur Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen Warenbeschaffung. Mit der Pflege der bestehenden Lieferanten, dem weiteren Ausbau eines leistungsfähigen Lieferantennetzwerks sowie der operativen Umsetzung des Einkaufsprozesses, insbesondere der Bestellabwicklung, Terminüberwachung und Datenpflege, stellst Du die termingerechte Materialverfügbarkeit sicher. Operativ

  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Herstellern und Dienstleistern
  • Bestellabwicklung / Bestellvorschläge
  • Kontrolle von Terminen und Lieferfähigkeiten
  • Preis\- und Stammdatenpflege
  • Mitwirkung bei ERP\-Weiterentwicklungen

Strategisch

  • Aktiver Aufbau / Führung der Einkaufsabteilung
  • Lieferantenauswahl, Qualifizierung, Bewertung
  • Preis\- und Vertragsverhandlung mit Lieferanten
  • Sortimentsgestaltung in Abstimmung mit den Produktverantwortlichen
  • Einkaufscontrolling
  • Marktbeobachtung, Rohstoffentwicklungen, Alternativen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Einkaufsfachmann\-/Fachfrau mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Praxiserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem elektrotechnischen KMU
  • Kostenbewusste Persönlichkeit und durchsetzungsstarker Verhandlungspartner
  • Interesse an einem breiten Aufgabengebiet und Du kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Initiative Persönlichkeit mit selbständiger und systematischer Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Opacc (ERP) oder einem anderen ERP wie z.B. SAP
