Deine Verantwortung

* Du nimmst Kundenanliegen am Telefon aufmerksam entgegen * schriftliche Kundenanfragen und E\-Mails bearbeitest du sorgfältig und fehlerfrei * bei uns kannst du in verschiedenen Mandaten mitwirken * Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis zwischen 07:30 und 21:00 und am Samstag zwischen 08:00 bis 16:00 (8,4 Std. pro Tagesschicht) Dein Profil

* Du führst telefonische Beratungen in Deutsch und ösisch * Schweizerdeutsch sprichst und/oder verstehst du * Der Kontakt mit Menschen bereitet Dir Freude und du überzeugst durch Deine empathische und serviceorientierte * Für die Anstellung sind ein einwandfreier Straf\- und Betreibungsregisterauszug erforderlich * Gute PC\-Kenntnisse sind Grundvoraussetzung * Erfahrungen im Kundendienst und im Banking Sektor sind von Vorteil * Du suchst ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell, in welchem du mehrheitlich im Homeoffice arbeiten kannst Deine Vorteile

  • Einstiegslohn von CHF 4'519\.\-. Der Lohn erfolgt 12 x pro Jahr.
  • Bis zum 5\. Dienstjahr jedes Jahr einen Tag mehr Ferien
