Mikron Machining è l-operatore leader nei sistemi di fabbricazione personalizzati e altamente produttivi per la produzione di componenti metallici complessi e ad alta precisione.

Per il nostro Servizio Dopo Vendita, stiamo cercando un/una Electrical & Software Engineer 100% (m/f/d), da inserire presso la nostra sede di Agno.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Rispondere prontamente alle esigenze dei clienti, garantendo tempi di risposta rapidi
  • Fornire l'assistenza tecnica necessaria da remoto o in loco affinché il cliente possa ripristinare il corretto funzionamento della macchina
  • Partecipare ai progetti di sviluppo per prodotti Service Solutions (upgrade, retrofit & digital service)
  • Collaborare nella preparazione delle offerte e nell'esecuzione dei progetti
  • Promuovere la vendita dei prodotti del servizio Mikron Service
  • Collaborare con l-area tecnica per risolvere ed evitare future problematiche sulle macchine (support alla cura prodotto)
  • Corsi di formazione per clienti Mikron

Il Suo profilo:

  • Titolo di studio in meccatronica o elettronica
  • Conoscenza logiche di programmazione PLC
  • Conoscenza base CNC
  • Conoscenza e lettura degli schemi elettrici
  • Esperienza nel cablaggio elettrico
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Disponibilità a trasferte (min 60% l-anno)

Costituiranno titolo preferenziale:

  • Conoscenza piattaforme Bosch - Siemens - Fanuc - Mitshubishi
  • Esperienza pregressa in funzione analoga
  • Programmazione HMIs & SCADA
  • Conoscenza della lingua tedesca
