Votre mission : ---------------

Vous occuperez un poste multi\-tâches et devrez faire preuve de polyvalence.

Vous seconderez la responsable RH dans la gestion administrative du personnel, vous serez autonome dans diverses démarches afférentes aux RH. Mais également, secrétariat commercial : devis, factures, feuille officielle…

Vous serez en charge des tâches de secrétariat courantes et d’assistanat à la direction (correspondances diverses, traitement du courrier, téléphonie, classement, commandede matériel, réservation d’hôtel, etc.).

Seul défi majeur : être référente / référent et coordinatrice(teur) du processus ISO.

Votre profil : --------------

Vous êtes en possession d’un CFC d’employé(e) de commerce, ou équivalent

Vous avez travaillé plusieurs années dans dans un poste similaireVous n’avez pas peur du changement, et aimez apporter votre pierre àl’édifice

Par la maîtrise de votre environnement et des tâches qui en découlent, vous faites preuve de logique et saurez anticiper les besoins récurrents de votre direction et prendre les initiatives y relatives

Vous êtes résistant(e) au stress, savez et aimez travailler dans l’urgenceVous êtes capablede définir et redéfinir les priorités

Vous maîtrisez les logiciels informatiques usuels et l’apprentissage de logiciels de gestion ne vous effraye pas

Vous possédez de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles en français

Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et rigoureux(se) dans la tenue de votre bureau

Vous êtes une personne positiveayant de l’entregent
