Nous recrutons pour le compte d'un client de renom, acteur important dans le secteur industriel, un(e) Employé(e) de Commerce bilingue Allemand/Français.

Ce poste à temps plein en contrat fixe est basé sur le Grand\-Fribourg.

Entrée : à convenir \-\> idéalement : 1er juillet 2026

Description du poste --------------------

Le/la candidat(e) bilingue allemand/français, organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), avec un bon sens du service client qui aura déjà une expérience dans un environnement administratif ou commercial ou qui sortira cette année d'apprentissage gérera

Toute l'administration liée aux Clients

  • prise, traitement, gestion des commandes et suivi
  • lien avec les représentants
  • contacts fournisseurs
  • établissement et traitement des offres
  • établissement des ordres de production
  • facturation
  • contacts : téléphone, mail, Teams

Profil recherché -----------------

La demande de bilinguisme allemand/français est un VRAI IMPERATIF, car la personne engagée répondra aux demandes de la Suisse romande comme de la partie alémanique.

Nous recherchons un/e candidat/e titulaire d'un CFC d'employé/e de commerce ou équivalent, avec, si possible expérience à un poste similaire. Nous sommes également ouverts aux apprenti/e/s qui obtiennent leur CFC cette année !

Le/la candidat/e idéal/e est motivé/e, engagé/e, réfléchi/e, avec un sens aigu du service client et une très bonne organisation. Très bonne maîtrise des Outils informatiques. Expérience SAP \= atout supplémentaire.

Horaire : 42,5h inclus 12 mn de \+ / jour pour les 3 jours de ponts \+ Noël : 7h15\-12h \- 13h \- 17h (vendredi 16h) Flexible entre eux \- timbrage 5 semaine de vacances 2 sem. noel et nouvel\-an fermé (souvent 2\-3 jours à prendre) Café et eau : gratuit 15CHF de fruits chaque semaine Four micro\-ondes, vapeur, lave\-vaisselle, frigo
