Employé\-e de commerce / Service clients FR\-DE ? 100% (H/F/D)

Vos responsabilités:

* Traiter et assurer le suivi des offres, soumissions et commandes clients * Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par e\-mail * Gérer les différentes boîtes e\-mail du service clients * Assurer le suivi administratif des commandes * Établir les factures, notes de crédit et bulletins de livraison * Traiter les éventuelles non\-conformités * Collaborer quotidiennement avec les différents départements de l?entreprise * Garantir une qualité de service irréprochable auprès des clients Votre profil:

+ CFC d?employé\-e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente + Plusieurs années d?expérience dans une fonction administrative ou commerciale similaire + Excellente maîtrise du français et de l?allemand, à l?oral comme à l?écrit + Toute langue supplémentaire constitue un avantage + Une expérience dans le secteur du bâtiment ou dans un environnement technique constitue un atout + Très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles + Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et idéalement d?un ERP + Excellent sens de l?accueil, de la communication et du service + Organisation, dynamisme et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément Ce qui vous attend: - Une entreprise familiale suisse stable et en développement - Une fonction polyvalente avec de nombreux contacts - Un environnement professionnel dynamique - Des horaires réguliers favorisant un bon équilibre entre vie professionnelle et privée - Une équipe expérimentée et un cadre de travail agréable jpidf785c94jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
