CRIDEC traite les déchets spéciaux des entreprises de toute la Suisse. À majorité publique et ancrée dans le canton de Vaud, notre entreprise est en pleine croissance et mène un vaste programme de modernisation de près de 20 millions de francs pour augmenter ses capacités et préparer les vingt prochaines années.

Nos quelque 70 collaboratrices et collaborateurs partagent un métier exigeant et utile : servir notre territoire, protéger l'environnement et les personnes.

Pour notre service de facturation à Eclépens, nous recherchons un :

Employé de facturation (H/F) à 60% ------------------------------------

(lundi, mardi et vendredi) pour une durée de 6 mois ----------------------------------------------------

Entrée en fonction de suite ou à convenir

Votre rôle

  • Vous établissez les factures et notes de crédit à nos clients
  • Vous gérez et préparez les documents administratifs liés aux facturations de déchets
  • Vous collaborez avec différents services internes (commercial, laboratoire, comptabilité)

Ce poste est fait pour vous si

  • Vous bénéficiez d’une formation d’employé/e de commerce ou jugée équivalente
  • Vous avez une expérience réussie de quelques années dans le domaine de la facturation, si possible au sein d’une industrie
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française ou possédez d’excellentes connaissances

  • Rigoureux/se et précis/e, vous avez une affinité avec les chiffres
  • Vous êtes curieux/se, réactif/ve et abordez les situations avec enthousiasme
  • Organisé/e et efficace, vous savez gérer plusieurs tâches et vous adapter aux urgences
  • A l’aise dans les échanges, vous créez facilement un climat de confiance
  • Vous avez un véritable esprit d’équipe et aimez collaborer, tout en sachant travailler de manière autonome
