La Fondation Saphir, fondation multi\-missions et multi\-sites (psychogériatrie, gériatrie, psychiatrie adulte), est active dans le domaine médico\-social dans le canton de Vaud et dans l’accueil et l’accompagnement de personnes fragilisées dans leur intégrité physique et psychique au cours de leur processus de vie.

Afin de compléter notre équipe d’intendance, nous recherchons pour notre établissement à Corcelles\-sur\-Chavornay, qui accueille 18 Personnes et qui est spécialisé dans le domaine de la psychiatrie adulte, le profil suivant :

Employé·e de maison (F/H/D) en CDI à 80% sur l’EPSM Le Pré\-Carré

Quelle que soit leur fonction, les professionnel·le·s de la Fondation Saphir, ont une volonté commune, celle d’accompagner les Personnes au quotidien pour leur permettre d’expérimenter concrètement la stratégie institutionnelle de prestations « comme à la maison ». C’est\-à\-dire, conserver leurs habitudes autant que possible, offrir une réponse adaptée à leurs souhaits et, par le biais d’une réelle collaboration interprofessionnelle, permettre le bien\-être et le bonheur des Personnes.

Votre lieu de travail principal est situé à Corcelle\-sur\-Chavornay, au sein de l’EPSM Le Pré\-Carré. Selon les besoins et l’organisation des prestations, vous pouvez être amené·e à intervenir ponctuellement au sein de notre second établissement situé à Hermenches.

Vous contribuez au bien\-être des Personnes en garantissant un environnement chaleureux, propre et sécuritaire. Vous assurez l’ensemble des tâches liées à l’entretien et au nettoyage des espaces de vie, ainsi qu’à la gestion du linge. Vous participez également à la préparation des repas, à la vaisselle et à l’organisation des différentes manifestations de l’établissement.

Dans une approche « comme à la maison », vous êtes en contact quotidien avec les Personnes et participez à leur accompagnement en collaboration avec l’équipe interprofessionnelle. Vous contribuez également à l’intégration des nouveaux professionnel·le·s, apprenti·e·s et stagiaires du service intendance.

VOTRE PARCOURS \- VOS QUALITÉS ET COMPÉTENCES

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un permis de conduire et disposez d’un véhicule.
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience dans le domaine du nettoyage, de l’intendance ou de l’entretien.
  • Vous appréciez la diversité des tâches et le contact avec les Personnes.
  • Vous avez le sens de l’accueil et de bonnes qualités relationnelles.
  • Une expérience dans le domaine social ou de la psychiatrie constitue un atout.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et favorisez une communication de qualité.
  • Vous avez une capacité d’adaptation et vos interventions sont orientées vers le bien\-être des Personnes.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français oral et écrit ainsi que les outils informatiques usuels.
