Le monastère d'Ingenbohl, siège d'une communauté internationale de religieuses, est un lieu de rencontre, de convivialité et de recueillement. L'équipe de nettoyage du monastère s'occupe chaque jour avec un grand engagement de l'ordre, de la propreté et de l'hygiène des bâtiments du monastère, afin que les 210 religieuses, résidentes ainsi que les invités et le personnel se sentent bien dans nos locaux. L'équipe de nettoyage recherche dès maintenant ou selon accord une personne responsable, autonome et motivée en tant que :

Employé(e) de nettoyage au monastère 80-100% ##

Vous assurez, avec une équipe de 20 personnes, la propreté et l'hygiène des locaux du monastère, préparez les salles de séminaire et prenez en partie la responsabilité du service du petit-déjeuner pour nos sœurs et résidentes.

Tâches ###

  • Nettoyage professionnel des pièces privées et communes
  • Exécution correcte des nettoyages visuels, d'entretien et en profondeur
  • Assurer le bon déroulement du service du petit-déjeuner
  • Manipulation soigneuse des machines, appareils et ressources
  • Respect des consignes de sécurité et d'hygiène

Exigences ###

  • Formation de base achevée en hôtellerie-ménage EFZ ou formation équivalente, ou expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le nettoyage
  • Goût du contact humain et travail en équipe
  • Attitude orientée service, compétente et soignée
  • Bonne connaissance de l'allemand et communication adaptée aux interlocuteurs
  • Flexibilité dans l'organisation du temps de travail et disponibilité pour des missions variées
  • Disponibilité pour des services le week-end (samedi / dimanche)
