ée à La Tour\-de\-Peilz, Nirma Sàrl est une entreprise de nettoyage, de facility services et d’entretien paysager active sur tout l’arc lémanique, avec un fort ancrage sur la Riviera. Notre équipe de 7 à 15 personnes intervient chez des particuliers comme dans des bureaux, immeubles et PPE, avec des produits respectueux de l’environnement.

Notre état d’esprit : la mobilité douce. Sur la Riviera, nos collaborateurs se déplacent autant que possible à vélo électrique, fourni par l’entreprise. C’est bon pour la santé, bon pour la planète, et souvent plus rapide que la voiture en ville. Un véhicule reste à disposition lorsque les distances ou le matériel l’exigent.

Pour accompagner notre développement, nous recherchons un·e employé·e de nettoyage pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Vos missions

  • Assurer le ménage chez nos clients particuliers et l’entretien de bureaux, selon nos standards de qualité
  • Organiser votre travail de manière autonome, en respectant les horaires et les attentes de chaque client
  • Prendre soin du matériel et des produits mis à disposition
  • Signaler tout besoin ou anomalie constatée sur place

Votre profil

  • Vous parlez couramment le français
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un permis de séjour B, C ou de la nationalité suisse
  • Une expérience dans le ménage, le nettoyage de bureaux ou la conciergerie est un atout, mais nous formons aussi les personnes motivées, y compris en reconversion
  • Le permis de conduire est un plus
  • Vous êtes fiable, organisé·e, minutieux·se et discret·ète
  • Vous avez le sens du service et aimez le travail bien fait
