Votre mission "à la biennoise" - Au sein de notre cuisine, vous collaborez avec une grande équipe multiculturelle et élaborez les composants des menus selon des directives claires. - Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome et structurée et participer à la préparation des repas dans les règles de l’art ? - Vous appréciez de laver la vaisselle et de nettoyer la cuisine ? - Vous maitrisez la méthode HACCP ? - Vous placez les besoins de la clientèle au centre de vos préoccupations ? - Si, en plus, vous communiquez aisément en français et en allemand et que vous gardez votre calme et conservez une vue d’ensemble même lors de situations stressantes, alors vous êtes exactement la personne que nous recherchons !
