VITOGAZ Switzerland AG est le leader du marché suisse du gaz de pétrole liquéfié (GPL). Dans le cadre du développement de nos infrastructures, nous recherchons un(e) Engineering \& Maintenance Manager pour notre site de Cornaux (NE). Vous serez responsable de garantir l'intégrité, la disponibilité et la sécurité de nos installations, en assurant un leadership technique et managérial auprès d'une équipe d'environ 8 collaborateurs.

Vos responsabilités

QHSSE \& Qualité

Veiller au respect strict des consignes de sécurité lors des travaux et de l'exploitation des dépôtsÉlaborer et maintenir un plan d'urgence technique pour les dépôtsMettre en œuvre les mesures HSE décidées par la direction et assurer le suivi de la politique qualité VITOGAZMaintenir les risques liés aux changements à un niveau acceptable (MOC)

Ingénierie \& Projets

Gérer des projets d'amélioration technique des installations en collaboration avec les partenaires internes et externesAssurer le remplacement des équipements selon les cycles de vie définisDiriger les équipes de projet et coordonner les sous\-traitants et fournisseurs

Maintenance

Établir et piloter les plans de maintenance préventive annuelle des dépôtsRéaliser les interventions non planifiées et les dépannagesAssurer l'entretien des bâtiments et des infrastructures VITOGAZGérer un stock de pièces de rechange et mettre en place des contrats\-cadres de maintenance

Administration \& Gestion

Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi des budgets maintenance et projets (env. 3'500 kCHF au total)Optimiser les effectifs selon la demande et développer les compétences des techniciensDéfinir et suivre des indicateurs de performance (KPIs)Assurer la mise à jour des plans de dépôts et de la documentation technique

Votre profil

Formation d'ingénieur(e) en génie mécanique, chimie, génie des procédés ou génie industrielExcellentes connaissances dans les domaines GPL et de la maintenance d'installations industriellesExpérience confirmée en gestion de projets techniques et d'équipesLangues : français (de préférence langue maternelle), bonne maîtrise de l'allemandAutorité naturelle, sens des responsabilités et capacité de décisionEsprit d'innovation, rigueur et fort esprit d'équipeSens aigu de l'organisation et orienté résultats
