Sie sind verantwortlich für die Integrität, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit unserer Anlagen und führen ein Team von ca. 8 Mitarbeitenden.

Ihre Aufgaben

QHSSE \& Qualität

Sicherstellung der strikten Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften beim Betrieb und bei Arbeiten in den DepotsErarbeitung und Pflege eines technischen Notfallplans für die DepotsUmsetzung der HSE\-Massnahmen der Geschäftsleitung sowie der Qualitätspolitik von VITOGAZRisiken im Zusammenhang mit geplanten Änderungen auf einem akzeptablen Niveau halten (MOC)

Engineering \& Projekte

Leitung der Projekt\- und Unterhaltsteams sowie Koordination von Auftragnehmern und LieferantenAbwicklung von Projekten zur technischen Verbesserung der Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen PartnernErsatz von Anlagen gemäss Lebenszyklus des Herstellers oder betrieblichen Anforderungen

Instandhaltung

Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der jährlichen Wartungspläne für die DepotsDurchführung ungeplanter Interventionen und StörungsbehebungenUnterhalt der Gebäude und Infrastruktur von VITOGAZVerwaltung eines Ersatzteilbestands sowie Einrichtung von Rahmenverträgen für wiederkehrende Wartungsarbeiten

Administration \& Führung

Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Überwachung der Wartungs\- und Projektbudgets (total ca. 3'500 kCHF)Optimierung des Personalbestands und Förderung der Kompetenzentwicklung der WartungstechnikerFestlegung und Überwachung von Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs)Aktualisierung der Depotpläne und der technischen Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

Ingenieurabschluss in Maschinenbau, Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik oder WirtschaftsingenieurwesenHervorragende Kenntnisse im Bereich LPG und industrielle AnlagenwartungNachgewiesene Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung und TeamführungSprachen: Französisch (vorzugsweise Muttersprache), gute DeutschkenntnisseNatürliche Autorität, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und VerantwortungsbewusstseinInnovationsgeist, Sorgfalt und ausgeprägter TeamgeistStarkes Organisationsvermögen und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
