Für unser Entwicklungsteam suchen wir dich: jemanden, der Kabel nicht nur konstruiert, sondern das ganze Spiel spielt – Produkt, Prozess, Anlage, Qualifikation. Entwicklungsingenieur:in / R\&D Engineer Fiber Optic Cables (m/w/d) Deine Rolle Du leitest und koordinierst Entwicklungsprojekte von fiberoptischen Kabeln für Sensorik und mobile Kommunikationssysteme Du entwickelst und konstruierst fiberoptische Kabel und Kabelsysteme Du beschaffst Produktionsanlagen für die Kabelfertigung und nimmst sie in Betrieb Du entwickelst die dazugehörigen Produktionsprozesse und passt sie an Du erstellst und pflegst die projektbegleitende Dokumentation Du übernimmst die technische Produktverantwortung – von der Qualifikation bis zum Ende des Lebenszyklus Du planst, führst und wertest Versuchsreihen und Produktqualifikationen aus – und dokumentierst sie Du erstellst die Prozessdokumentation (Produktionsanweisungen, Qualitätssicherungspläne) Du bearbeitest interne und externe Fehlermeldungen, analysierst die Ursachen und setzt Korrekturmassnahmen um Was du mitbringst Abgeschlossenes FH\-Studium in Maschinenbau oder Prozesstechnik Erfahrung in der Leitung und Durchführung von Entwicklungs\- und Industrialisierungsprojekten, inkl.
