Im Auftrag der Eigentümerschaft suchen wir für einen erfolgreich geführten und in der Region bestens etablierten Landgasthof am Jurasüdfuss ein engagiertes Gastgeberpaar, das den Betrieb mit Leidenschaft, Herzblut und Unternehmergeist führt und sich eine kurz\- bis mittelfristige Übernahme des Unternehmens vorstellen kann.

Der traditionsreiche Gastronomiebetrieb wird seit mehreren Generationen erfolgreich geführt und erzielt einen Jahresumsatz von CHF 1\.3 . Die Eigentümerschaft strebt eine sorgfältig vorbereitete Nachfolgelösung an, welche die Qualität, den persönlichen Charakter und die starke regionale Verankerung des Hauses langfristig sichert.

Ihre Verantwortung:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative und betriebswirtschaftliche Führung des Restaurants
  • Aktive Gastgeberrolle mit ausgeprägter Gäste\- und Serviceorientierung
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Teams
  • Verantwortung für Personal, Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung und Finanzen
  • Pflege der Stammkundschaft sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung des Angebots
  • Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen und wirtschaftlich erfolgreichen Betriebsführung
  • Repräsentation des Hauses gegenüber Gästen, Geschäftspartnern und regionalen Anspruchsgruppen

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
  • Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Freude am persönlichen Kontakt mit Gästen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Selbstständige, belastbare und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein wertschätzender und verbindlicher Führungsstil
  • Interesse, unternehmerische Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den Betrieb langfristig weiterzuentwickeln
  • Solide finanzielle Voraussetzungen für eine spätere Beteiligung oder Übernahme
