The posting

Au sein du RSBJ, vos missions seront particulièrement variées :

  • Dans le cadre du programme de gériatrie transverse et afin de prévenir le déclin fonctionnel, vous interviendrez auprès des patients hospitalisés ; vous apporterez également votre soutien aux personnes hospitalisées en médecine ou en chirurgie, et interviendrez à domicile avec la personne pour préparer sa sortie de l-hôpital.
  • Au sein de l-EMS l-arbre de vie, vous collaborerez avec l-équipe interdisciplinaire qui agit auprès des 70 résidents
  • En accompagnant les patients ambulatoires, vous serez également amené(e) à intervenir auprès de nos clients du Centre d-Accueil Temporaire
  • Dans une démarche interdisciplinaire, vous organiserez les interventions dans l-objectif de préserver le développement, l-indépendance et l-autonomie des personnes
  • Vous participerez activement au développement des activités du service et des projets de l-institution en œuvrant sur la prise en soins intégrée et interviendrez sur l-ensemble de la trajectoire de santé.
  • Vous collaborez régulièrement avec l-équipe d-ergothérapeutes intervenant à domicile et participez aux séances réunissant les professionnels de la discipline pour des échanges de pratique et de la formation au niveau régional.

 

Votre profil :

  • Bachelor d-ergothérapeute HES ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Diplôme reconnu par la Croix Rouge Suisse
  • Expériences confirmées dans un service hospitalier et en gériatrie un atout
  • Aisance dans l-utilisation des outils informatiques
  • Capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités
  • Capacité d'adaptation et ouverture au changement ainsi qu'à l'innovation
  • Intérêt pour le travail d'équipe et sens de la communication
