Pour l-EMS Blécherette, situé dans l-écoquartier des Plaines-du-Loup, au Nord de Lausanne, nous recherchons un(e) ergothérapeute 40%

 

Profil souhaité :

  • Bachelor en ergothérapie reconnue (HES/ ES)
  • Expérience en gériatrie, en psychogériatrie ou en soins palliatifs, un atout

Vous pouvez être la personne que nous recherchons pour :

  • Garantir des prestations d-accompagnement de haute qualité
  • Proposer et innover des projets au sein de la fondation, en collaboration avec l-équipe interdisciplinaire Accompagner le résidant tout au long de son séjour dans sa mobilisation et ses déplacements en préservant son autonomie
  • Participer au projet de vie du résidant et collaborer aux activités de bien être
  • Choisir un moyen auxiliaire adaptés au résidant
  • Dispenser des formations en ergonomie auprès des professionnels
  • Soutenir et superviser l-encadrement du personnel pour l-utilisation des moyens auxiliaires
  • Réaliser des analyses de chutes en collaboration avec les autres ergothérapeutes de la Fondation
