Wir schliessen die Versorgungslücke bei Mangelernährung -------------------------------------------------------------

OmandaCare setzt sich dafür ein, Menschen mit Mangelernährung einen Zugang zu professioneller Ernährungsberatung zu bieten. Wir bringen die Ernährungstherapie dorthin, wo Menschen sie brauchen: in Alters\- und Pflegeheime, Rehakliniken, Praxen, bei den Patienten zu Hause, vor Ort, telefonisch oder per Video.

Für den weiteren Aufbau von OmandaCare suchen wir für die Region Ostschweiz per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Ernährungsberater:in BSc (SVDE) 60% bis 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Stationäre Ernährungstherapie mit Schwerpunkt auf Mangelernährung und Wundheilungmit sehr viel Eigenverantwortung
  • Ambulante Ernährungsberatungen (vor Ort, telefonisch oder per Video)
  • Ausarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von evidenzbasierten Ernährungsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und regelmässiger interdisziplinärer Austausch (Ärzte, Pflege, Therapien, Küche, OmandaCare\-Team)
  • Planung, Dokumentation und administrative Arbeiten
  • Möglichkeit weitere Aufgaben bei OmandaCare zu übernehmen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ernährungsberater/in HF/FH oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung in der Ernährungsberatung
  • Interesse und Freude an evidenzbasierter Patientenversorgung in einem interprofessionellen Umfeld
  • Sehr selbstständige, strukturierte, lösungs\- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit. Führerausweis und Mobilität von Vorteil
