Was Dich erwartet:

  • Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von ERP\- und Business\-Software\-Projekten
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Klärung von Kundenanforderungen
  • Durchführung und Moderation interner und externer Projektsitzungen
  • Beratung der Kunden hinsichtlich Prozesse, Anforderungen und Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten
  • Konfiguration und Parametrierung von ERP\- und Business\-Software\-Lösungen
  • Erstellung technischer Anforderungen für Auswertungen, Schnittstellen, Datenmigrationen und Integrationen
  • Koordination mit Softwareentwicklung und weiteren technischen Fachbereichen
  • Durchführung von Funktions\-, Integrations\- und Praxistests
  • Begleitung von Einführungen und Produktivsetzungen
  • Schulung und Betreuung der Anwender
  • Unterstützung der Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufs

Als erfahrene Fachperson übernimmst Du zusätzlich:

  • Eigenständige Verantwortung für Kunden und Projekte
  • Steuerung komplexerer ERP\-Einführungen und Weiterentwicklungen
  • Koordination verschiedener interner und externer Stakeholder
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Qualität und erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung
  • Beratung von Kunden auf fachlicher und organisatorischer Ebene
  • Unterstützung und fachliche Begleitung weniger erfahrener Kollegen

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/HF/Uni) oder eine abgeschlossene Lehre EFZ in (Wirtschafts\-) Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Verständnis für komplexe Software\- und Business\-Anwendungen
  • Interesse an Geschäftsprozessen und deren digitaler Abbildung
  • Erfahrung mit ERP\-, CRM\- oder vergleichbaren Business\-Software\-Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Projektmanagement\-Erfahrung je nach Senioritätslevel
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
