Du möchtest Nachhaltigkeit nicht nur verwalten, sondern messbar voranbringen? In dieser Schlüsselrolle entwickelst und steuerst du die ESG \& SHE Agenda von Froneri Schweiz und Österreich massgebend.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung der ESG\-Strategie und Nachhaltigkeits\-Roadmap, inkl. Ziele, KPIs und Initiativen
  • Koordination funktionsübergreifender ESG\-Aktivitäten
  • Steuerung Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung, Erhebung und Validierung von ESG\-Daten
  • Bewerten von Risiken und Chancen und Beratung der Geschäftsleitung
  • Treiben von Massnahmen zur Reduktion von Treibhausgasemissionen, Energie\- und Wasserverbrauch sowie Abfall und Koordination der CO2\-Bilanzierung und Dekarbonisierungsinitiativen
  • Gestaltung der Strategie für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Audits und Sicherheitskultur

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Bereichen wie Nachhaltigkeit, Corporate Responsibility, Umweltmanagement, Compliance oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Nachhaltigkeitsprogrammen sowie in ESG\-Datenerhebung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, souveränes Stakeholder\-Management
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Integrität und eine proaktive, pragmatische sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
