Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Reporting\-, KPI\- und Controlling\-Standards unserer europäischen Gesellschaften
  • Verantwortung für die finanzielle Konsolidierung und das Management Reporting in LucaNet
  • Analyse der Geschäftsentwicklung sowie Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen für Management und Standortverantwortliche
  • Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards und KPI\-Reports zur Steuerung von Umsatz, Profitabilität, Working Capital und operativer Performance
  • Unterstützung des Produktionscontrollings mit Fokus auf Kosten, Margen, Effizienz und Profitabilität
  • Koordination der Budget\-, Forecast\- und Planungsprozesse für die europäischen Standorte
  • Automatisierung von Reporting\- und Finanzprozessen durch den Einsatz moderner BI\-, Daten\- und KI\-Lösungen
  • Unterstützung bei der US\-GAAP\-Berichterstattung, lokalen gesetzlichen Abstimmungen, Wirtschaftsprüfungen und dem Jahresabschluss
  • Optimierung der Integration von LucaNet, ERP\-Systemen und Business\-Intelligence\-Plattformen
  • Mitwirkung bei internationalen Akquisitionen sowie der finanziellen Integration neuer Gesellschaften
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Finanzteams, Operations, IT und der europäischen Geschäftsleitung zur Weiterentwicklung einer leistungsfähigen Finanzorganisation

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Universität) in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Accounting oder Controlling; eine Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling ist von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Reporting, Konsolidierung oder Management Accounting, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrie\- oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Produktionscontrolling
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit LucaNet sowie Kenntnisse in SAP, Abacus und/oder Infor LN
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit BI\-, Reporting\- oder Automatisierungstools von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Datenanalyse, Digitalisierung und KI\-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in SQL, Datenbanken, APIs oder Skriptsprachen sind ein Plus
  • Strukturierte, analytische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englisch\- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil und runden Ihr Profil idealerweise ab
