Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1.11.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung einen/eine

Event-Manager:in Kulturbereich 80 % Kein Tag wie der andere: Mal organisierst du im Büro, mal bist du direkt vor Ort mitten im Geschehen. Du behältst stets den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass alles rund läuft. Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Tourneevorstellungen mit Organisationstalent, einer Prise Kreativität und viel Herzblut plant und umsetzt. Deine Bühne: - Du planst, koordinierst und organisierst die Durchführung von über 100 Tourneevorstellungen und erhältst Einblick ins Ticketing - Du arbeitest eng mit der Projektleitung und dem Team zusammen - Du rekrutierst unsere Helfer:innen, planst ihre Einsätze und bist ihre zentrale Ansprechperson – auch bei den Vorstellungen vor Ort, wo du sie anleitest - Du kommunizierst mit Spielstätten und Partnern - Du sorgst dafür, dass das richtige Material – oder die richtige Person – zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist - Du denkst an Dinge, bevor andere merken, dass man sie braucht - Du bist da, wenn Vorstellungen stattfinden (Samstag + Sonntag tagsüber)

Das steckt in dir: - Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative, strukturiertes Arbeiten - Erfahrung im Event-Management oder Projektmanagement - Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität - Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit/Kontakt mit Menschen - Auf dich ist Verlass – du trittst freundlich, respektvoll und professionell auf - Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität denkst du nicht nur mit, sondern packst auch mit an - Du bist mobil, reisebereit und besitzt einen Führerschein (Kat. B) - Du schreibst und kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und bist fit in MS Office
