*Ihre Aufgaben* * Als Co-Projektleitung verantwortest Du gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Person das Projektmanagement der HSG Talents, HSG Banking Days und HSG Career Days -- von der Planung über die Durchführung bis zur Nachbearbeitung. Dabei verstehst Du Dich nicht nur als Organisator/in, sondern auch als Gastgeber/in für Unternehmen und Studierende. * Du stehst gerne in Kontakt mit den teilnehmenden Unternehmen und betreibst zusammen mit dem Team die Akquise für die Events * Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die HSG Talents Career Fair, das Herzstück der HSG Talents, und steuerst deren Planung, Organisation und Durchführung. * Du übernimmst den Lead für das Sponsoring unserer Events. Gemeinsam mit unserem Studierendenteam betreust Du bestehende Partnerschaften, gewinnst neue Sponsoren und entwickelst das Sponsoring weiter. * Du führst ein Studierenden-Team, das Dich bei der Eventorganisation unterstützt, und begleitest es als Sparringspartner/in und Coach. * Du behältst die Budgets Deiner Events im Blick, kontrollierst Kosten und Erträge, stellst die Einhaltung der definierten Budgets sicher und erstellst nach Abschluss der Events die entsprechenden Rechnungen. * Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst unsere Events und Formate gemeinsam mit dem Team kontinuierlich weiter.

*Ihr Profil* * Eins ist uns ganz wichtig: Du bist Teamplayer/in und Netzwerker/in, kommunizierst gerne und bringst Dich aktiv in unser CSC-Team ein. * Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Projekt- oder Eventmanagement sowie über mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement. * Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und proaktiv, treibst Deine Themen eigenständig voran und stimmst Dich eng mit Deiner Co-Projektleitung und dem Team ab. * Du trittst gegenüber Unternehmen professionell und verbindlich auf und hast ein Gespür für unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse und Anspruchsgruppen. * Du schätzt ein ausgewogenes Arbeitsumfeld zwischen Routineaufgaben und gleichzeitig kreativen Lösungsansätzen. Deshalb hast du ein Auge fürs Detail, verlierst aber das Big Picture nicht aus den Augen. * Du besitzt ein Flair für Zahlen und Budgets und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten, Unternehmen und Deadlines gleichzeitig den Überblick und einen kühlen Kopf. * Du bist es gewohnt, strategische Konzepte zu entwickeln und diese in die Praxis umzusetzen. * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
