Arbeitsort: Winterthur Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: Als Verstärkung eines agilen, selbstorganisierten Produktteams End User Computing verbinden Sie Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Beratung rund um die Messaging- und Collaboration-Plattformen der Hochschule. Sie stellen den 2nd-Level-Support und den stabilen Betrieb von Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem und Online) sicher, betreiben und administrieren Microsoft 365 mit Fokus auf Exchange, Active Directory (on-prem und Entra ID), Teams, Outlook und SharePoint Online und beraten interne Stakeholder bei der Anforderungsklärung. Zudem konzipieren und bewerten Sie Lösungsszenarien, treffen Architekturentscheidungen, arbeiten fachlich verantwortlich in agilen Projekten mit, arbeiten mit M365 Defender bei Sicherheitsfragen zusammen, betreiben und entwickeln SMTP-Relay-Konnektoren inklusive Message Tracking weiter und automatisieren Betriebsprozesse mit PowerShell sowie Tools wie TOPdesk, Jira und Confluence. Profil: Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung (EFZ) mit Fachhochschulabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation (z. B. Universität, ETH) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Microsoft Exchange und Microsoft 365. Sie verfügen über sichere Kenntnisse in Exchange, lokalem Active Directory, Entra ID, Teams, Outlook und SharePoint Online sowie über Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenberatung und im Solution Design. Erfahrung mit TOPdesk, Jira und Confluence sowie im Hochschulumfeld oder in komplexen IT-Organisationen ist von Vorteil. Sie sind kommunikativ, kundenorientiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert und haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Geboten werden ein professionelles, hilfsbereites und selbstorganisiertes Team mit klaren Rollen und viel Gestaltungsspielraum, aktive Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung durch Wissenstransfer, hochschulgerechte Arbeits- und Anstellungsbedingungen sowie Work-Life-Balance und betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement.
