Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Drittpersonen
  • Agenda\-/Reisemanagement inklusive Vor\- und Nachbereitung
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Action Items und wichtigen Deadlines
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen dem General Counsel, Senior Management, Legal Team und weiteren internen sowie externen Stakeholdern
  • Organisation von internen und externen Meetings/Workshops national/international
  • Unterstützung bei Budget\-, Rechnungs\- und administrativen Prozessen des General Counsel's Office
  • Pflege von Dokumenten, Ablagestrukturen und relevanten Datenbanken
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen Informations\- und Kommunikationsflusses innerhalb des General Counsel's Office

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Paralegal von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Executive Assistant auf C\-Level in einem internationalen Konzern
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich General Counsel
  • Deutsch: Muttersprache
  • Englisch: Verhandlungssicher
  • Hohe IT\-Affinität
  • Selbständige und mitdenkende Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sehr strukturierte, zielorientierte sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Organisationstalent – Sie behalten die Übersicht in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Humorvoller und absolut zuverlässiger Teamplayer
  • Flexibel, lernfreudig und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Diskret und loyal
