Die Region bietet eine ideale zwischen Basel, Liestal und Olten und ist auch aus dem Fricktal, Laufental sowie dem Oberbaselbiet gut erreichbar. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erste Ansprechperson für interne und externe Drittpersonen
  • Verantwortung Qualität CEO Office
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung
  • Agenda\- und Reisemanagement inklusive Vor\- und Nachbereitungen
  • Proaktives Führen der Pendenzenliste in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem VR
  • Sparringpartner und Soundingboard für die Exekutives
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Kommunikationsflusses
  • Aufbereiten von diversen Dokumenten
  • Organisation von internen und externen Meetings
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten respektive Leitung von Projekten
  • Diverse Aufgaben im Bereich Management\-, Gremien\- und Projektkoordination
  • Reisetätigkeiten innerhalb Europas – ca 2\-3 Tage pro Monat im Durchschnitt

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit dementsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als CEO\-Assistentin in einem internationalen, börsenkotieren Unternehmen
  • sowie Erfahrung in der Unterstützung/engen Zusammenarbeit mit dem VR
  • Deutsch: Muttersprache
  • Englisch: Verhandlungssicher
  • Gewinnendes und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation und Selbständigkeit mit hoher Zielorientierung
  • Gewandtes Auftreten mit sehr gutem Standing \& empathischem Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Macher Mentalität – lösungsorientiert
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Diskret, pflichtbewusst und sehr verlässlich
  • Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Humorvolle und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Übernimmt Verantwortung
