Aufgaben ###

  • Aktive Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für laufende Produktions- und Kundenprojekte
  • Regelmässige Terminverfolgung bei Lieferanten sowie konsequentes Nachfassen bei Lieferverzögerungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Supply Chain, Produktion und Projektmanagement
  • Identifikation von Versorgungsengpässen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Lieferterminen, Materialdaten und Verfügbarkeiten im ERP-System
  • Unterstützung des Projekteinkaufs bei Bedarf, beispielsweise bei Anfragen, Bestellungen oder der Koordination von Lieferanten
  • Eskalation kritischer Beschaffungssituationen und professionelle Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

Profil ###

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Disposition, Einkauf, Materialplanung oder Supply Chain
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an industriellen Produkten und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Terminmanagement von Vorteil
  • Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Liefertermine konsequent verfolgt und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen professionell kommuniziert
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
