Ce qui t'attend

  • Tu réalises au sein du service interne et de façon autonome les expertises sur des véhicules sinistrés : tu évalues les dommages, confirmes la plausibilité du sinistre, calcules la valeur actuelle des véhicules en cas de dommage total
  • Tu expertises des véhicules automobiles, motos, vélos, ainsi que poids lourds et autres engins agricoles
  • Tu joues également un rôle de médiateur entre les différentes parties impliquées lors du traitement d'un sinistre
  • Tu traites les dossiers photos à l'interne et soutiens ponctuellement les experts externes sur le secteur de Genève et la côte

Tes compétences

  • Formation et bonne expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la réparation automobile mécanique ou carrosserie avec Brevet et/ou Maîtrise Fédérale
  • Expérience en tant que chef d'atelier ou réceptionniste un atout
  • Allemand ou anglais niveau B2 un avantage
  • A l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels, Audatex et Auto\-i un atout
  • Bonnes connaissances des outils de communications à distance: e\-service et youcit
  • Orienté service clients et capacité à gérer des situations complexes
  • A l'aise dans la gestion de conflits
  • Bon esprit d'équipe, facilité de communication, consciencieux, autonome et dynamique
  • Flexible pour les déplacements professionnels quotidiens et résidence idéalement sur la côte ou Genève
